将军沟右线隧道变形侵限段处理方案探讨

摘    要:将军沟隧道是我国在建的穿越天山风景区的第一座高寒地区小曲率半径隧道,隧道右线隧道在YK582+461~+400段出现挤压大变形,导致初次支护变形60 cm,造成隧道支护侵限。以将军沟隧道变形侵限段为工程背景,深入分析了隧道变形侵限机理。在分析变形侵限基础上,详细介绍了隧道该段处理变形侵限的临时支护形式、加强支护手段和隧道该段塌方变形段的开挖方案。通过以上技术方案的实施,隧道顺利完成了侵限段的处理,论文介绍了将军沟隧道侵限段的处理技术,对同类隧道的施工有积极的指导意义和借鉴意义。

Abstract:Jiangjungou Tunnel is a first one with small radius curvature during building in the high and cold area and passing through Tianshan scenic spot.The large distortion appears in YK 582+461~+400 section of its right line,causing the primary supporting deformation to 60 cm and deformation invading limit.Taking the invading limit section of Jiangjungou Tunnel as an engineering background,the mechanism of deformation invading limit of the tunnel is analyzed thoroughly,then in detail,the temporary supporting form and method for treatment of deformation invading limit are introduced,as well as the excavation scheme for the landslide deformation section.Through the above technical schemes,the treatment for the deformation invading limit section of the tunnel is completed successfully,thereby to provide some references for the construction of similar projects.
