水压爆破技术在七峰山隧道开挖中的应用

摘    要:结合郑万铁路南阳段七峰山隧道爆破开挖工程,采用现场测试方法,对水压爆破和常规爆破的循环进尺及粉尘浓度等数据进行了对比分析研究。研究结果表明:在水压爆破相比常规爆破减少23.6kg药量的条件下,采用水压爆破每循环进尺比常规爆破多0.3 m,且水压爆破相比常规爆破平均粉尘浓度降低了67.6%,改善了洞内环境。另外,通过成本与效益分析计算,凸显出水压爆破技术在隧道爆破开挖过程中对施工成本控制起到较大作用。现场试验结论充分体现出水压爆破的优势及良好经济效益,为今后类似的隧道爆破施工提供借鉴。


Application of Hydraulic Blasting Technology in Qifengshan Tunnel Excavation
Abstract:Based on the blasting excavation construction of Qifengshan tunnel in Nanyang section of Zhengwan railway , round and dust concentration data of water pressure blasting and controlled blasting was analyzed with the field test method .The results showed that hydraulic blasting compared to conventional blasting under the reduce 23 .6 kilograms explosive charge conditions ,the hydraulic blasting each blasting footage more than 0 .3 meters compared to conventional blasting ,and the average dust concentration of hydraulic blasting decreased by 67 .6% as well ,which is very helpful in terms of improving the environment in tunnel .In addition ,through analysis calculation costs and benefits ,it is shown that hydraulic blasting technology plays an important role in the construction cost control during the tunnel blasting exca -vation .The results of field test fully reflected the superiority of hydraulic blasting ,and obtained good economic benefits , thus can provid reference for similar tunnel blasting construction in the future .
