软式透水管在高速公路真空预压工程中的应用研究

结合具体工程对新型排水材料——软式透水管在真空预压加固高速公路深厚软基中的应用进行研究,以验证其经济性、可靠性和有效性。结果表明,软式透水管作为水平排水体代替砂垫层可节省工程投资约20元/m2,且具备良好的传递真空度能力;与C型塑料排水板相比,软式透水管作为竖向排水体可加快地基固结压缩,提高地基深层加固效果。该技术值得在今后类似工程中推广应用。

Application and Study on Flexible Permeable Hose in Vacuum Preloading Engineering of Express Highway

Combining with some actual engineerings,the application of the flexible permeable hose,a new type of drainage material,in the vacuum preloading for reinforcing the deep soft foundation of the express highway is studied to verify its economy,credibility and usefulness.The results show that the flexible permeable hose can save the engineering investment about 20 yuan/m2 and have a good ability to deliver vacuum as a level drainage body to replace the sand mat layer. Comparing with C type of plastic drainage board,the flexible permeable hose can speed the consolidation and compression of the foundation and raise the deep reinforcing effect.The technique is worthy of application and dissemination for similar projects in future.
