2004年汛期黄河水情简析

摘    要:2004年汛期(7~10月,下同),黄河流域降雨量除伊洛河偏多10.3%、汶河偏多54.6%外,其余地区较常年偏少或接近常年。黄河干支流主要控制站来水来沙量均比多年均值偏少,龙门、潼关水文站最大流量分别为2100m3/s、2140m3/s,为历年同期倒数第一位。为维持黄河健康生命,黄河进行了基于人工扰动方式和更大空间尺度上的第3次调水调沙试验和第1次调水调沙生产运行,受8月22日~30日小浪底水库第1次调水调沙生产运行的影响,下游花园口以下干流各站分别出现了2004年汛期以来最大流量,其中花园口站最大流量为4100m3/s,利津站最大流量为3190m3/s,花园口、夹河滩为自1998以来的最大流量,高村以下五站为自"96.8"洪水以来的最大流量。

Abstract:During the whole flood season of 2004(from July to October), the precipitation in all regions of the Yellow River basin is less than or near to the ordinary year, except that the precipitation in the Yiluo River region is more by 10.3% and the precipitation in the Dawenhe River is more by 54.6%. The water and sediment quantities through the main stations are all less than the same period of ordinary year. For example, the peak flood of Longmen and Tongguan Station are only 2 100 m~3/s and 2 140 m~3/s, and they all are the least in history. For maintaining the healthy life of the Yellow River, the third flow and sediment regulation experiment and the first operation in the Yellow River have been completed in this year. On August 22-23, during the first flow and sediment regulation operation, the peak flood occurred in the down-reach of the Yellow River since this flood season, and the peak discharge is 4100 m~3/s in Huayuankou Station, 3 190 m~3/s in Lijin Station. They are all the max discharges since 1998. Meanwhile the discharge in five stations down Gaocun is the max discharge since 1996.
