洪灾中避难路线的选择研究

当遭遇百年洪水时,洪灾区人民的生命财产至关重要。如何有效的组织灾民避难和迁移成为救灾工作的重点。从洪灾避难迁移分析的角度出发,提出了基于GIS和Mike洪水模拟技术的洪灾避难迁移决策方案,分析了洪灾避难迁移过程中所涉及的关键技术问题,针对这些问题提出了技术解决方案,并以辽河某河段地区为例,设计洪灾避难迁移路线。

Research on Selection for Evacuation Route in Flood Disaster

When encountering with flood,the lives of people are most important in disaster areas.How to organize the people to evacuate efficiently is the initial work of the rescue.The study analyses the refuge and transfer methods,then puts forward the scheme of the refuge based on GIS and Mike.The study also analyses the key problems and technical problems during the refuge.The refuge route is designed for some districts of Liaohe River following the methods.
