节水灌溉产业存在问题及对策研究

目前节水灌溉工程推广取得了一定的经济效益和社会效益,但节水灌溉工程建设在标准、管理等方面仍存在一些问题,对其健康发展造成一定负面影响。为进一步促进高效节水灌溉项目顺利实施,确保项目取得应有的良好效益,结合十多年专业从事节水灌溉工程的经验,针对节水灌溉产业存在的问题进行分析,提出节水产业健康发展的思路、意见和建议。

Problems and countermeasures of water-saving irrigation industry

Although the extension of water-saving irrigation system generates a great deal of social and economic benefits, further improvement is needed regarding to the construction standard and management of water-saving irrigation project. In order to ensure maximized benefit of high-efficient water saving irrigation system, it is proposed to take necessary step for solving problem based on experiences in the last more than ten years. Finally problems and measures of promoting health development of water-saving irrigation industry are being worked out.
