| 摘 要： | 我国在经济社会发展过程中,通过跨流域引调水工程的建设,优化了局部地区水资源配置,部分置换了地下水超采,解决了部分城市和工业发展长期挤占生态用水问题。已投入运行的调水工程取得了有益的建设管理经验,重大应用技术与创新经历了实践检验,但也面临着一些新问题。

| Abstract: | During the economic and social development process in China,through managing inter-basin diversion project construction,local areas of water resources allocation has been optimizated,such as replacement of groundwater over-exploited,and resolved the problems of ecological water occupid long-term in the city and industrial development.Water diversion projects that have been put into operation made a beneficial construction management experiences,major application technology and innovation through the practice of inspection,but now also faced some new problems. |
