| 摘 要： | 三峡工程是长江中下游防洪体系的骨干。在回顾1998年长江大洪水、介绍三峡工程建设进展情况和三峡工程防洪调度方式后，分析认为三峡工程建成后再遇’98大洪水，长江中下游防洪形势将大为改善，但防洪体系建设仍需加强。
