以水价改革促进全社会节水

“十五”期间，水价改革全面推进，水利工程供水价格较“九五”有较大提高，水费的计收、使用管理也取得了明显的进展。水利工程水价改革特别是末级渠系的水价改革，极大地促进了水利工程的良性运行．增强了水利投融资能力，“十一五”期间，水价改革依然任重道远。

Promoting water conservation by water price reform

Water pricing reform had been widely implemented in the 10th Five-Year Plan period. Water price supplied by hydro project and water charges collection have showed a relatively big increase comparing to that in the 9th Five-Year Plan period. Pricing reform of waterworks, especially water charges at end-canal system greatly enhances the operation of water structures as well as funds-raising capacity. In the lhh Five-Year Plan period, we are still shouldering heavy responsibility in water price reform.
