| 摘 要： | 浙江省是山洪灾害易发、多发省份.通过对已建和在建的山洪灾害防治非工程措施进行调研,总结分析了浙江省非工程措施建设效果及存在的问题,在此基础上,提出了完善浙江省山洪灾害防治非工程措施建设与管理的对策措施.

| Abstract: | Zhejiang Province is prone to mountain flood that occurs very often.Based on investigation of existed non-structural measures for mountain flood prevention and those under construction,result and issues related to non-structural measures are summarized and then countermeasures for establishment and management of non-structural measures in Zhejiang Province are put forward. |
