Quality control of water conservancy census at counties in Song-Liao River Basins

Abstract： The first national general survey on water resources is a big event that uses county as the basic unit and the quality of data collected from the county closely relates to the overall quality of the general survey. General survey of the Song-Liao River Basins has been conducted with great attention paid by the leaders on technical guidance as well as training and education that ensure the quality of collected data. This has built a solid base for the national survey.
