| 摘 要： | 目前,我国农村饮水的工作重点已经从解决农村饮水困难转向饮水安全。通过对农村饮水安全在性质和事权划分、前期规划、投资政策、建设标准、运行管理、技术支持、水源保护等方面存在的问题进行分析,提出了相关对策建议。

| Abstract: | The current working focus of rural drinking water in China is conveyed from solving drinking water trouble to drinking water safety. Relevant measures are proposed under analysis of issues related to the nature of drinking water safety and division of responsibility, preliminary planning, investment policy, construction standard, operation and management, technical support and water resources protection. |
