| 摘 要： | 在深厚软基的外海海域筑堤并且堤顶兼作高速公路的形式，是一项崭新的课题。结合上海国际航运中心（一期）东海大桥港桥连接段海堤工程的施工实例，论述了该施工海域的特点。提出了筑堤的施工工艺．通过实践阐明了在深厚软基上筑堤的稳定性控制的方法。

| Abstract: | It is a new subject of banking on the deep soft foundation at open seas area while levee crest is also used as highway. The paper discusses the construction feature of seas area and banking construction technology, taking the example of sea dyke project that connects harbor and the Donghai Bridge in the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center(phase-I). The method for stability control during the banking on deep soft foundation is explained through practical cases. |
