浅谈防御台风"泰利"的得与失

2005年台风“泰利”登陆江西省。在防御台风过程中，领导重视，加强防汛指挥部的指挥和调度，各部门密切配合是主要经验。针对还存在防台意识薄弱，防洪体系不完善等情况，建议进一步落实防汛责任，加强防汛基础工作、专业队伍建设和防汛应急管理等工作。

Benefits and losses in defending typhoon Taili

In 2005 the Typhoon Talim was landed on the Jiangxi province. During the defense of Typhoon, it is found that strong leadership, strengthening commanding and regulation of the flood control headquarters and close cooperation of various departments are the key factors. It is suggested to further reinforce responsibilities and duties and basic work of flood control, professional capacity building and flood emergency management, considering the situation of lack of awareness of typhoon prevention and incompletion of flood control system.
