摘    要:防治山洪灾害是我国山丘区可持续发展的一项重要工作.在掌握山洪灾害地域分异规律的基础上进行山洪灾害防治区划,对于科学地分析山洪灾害成因、时空分布差异特征和因地制宜地采取山洪灾害防治对策具有重要意义.在综合分析借鉴区划已有成果,特别是自然区划成果和掌握大量全国山洪灾害防治规划调查数据的基础上,从我国山洪灾害防治现状出发,提出全国山洪灾害防治区划等级系统.在此基础上以二级区为单元,借助GIS技术手段,统计分析各区山洪灾害发育特征.区划成果及山洪灾害发育特征分区统计分析为全国山洪灾害分区整治提供了科学根据.

Abstract:Mountain flood prevention is one of the important parts in sustainable development of mountainous areas. Planning of mountain flood disaster prevention areas is of great significance to analyze the cause of mountain flood disasters, different distribution in time and space and take measures of flood prevention according to local conditions, based on a clear understanding of different mountain flooding. A national grading system of mountain floods is proposed in light of current conditions in China and based on comprehensive analysis of existing results of area division, in particularly mastered investigation data in mountain flood prevention plans. By using GIS technology, mountain flood development feature is statistically analyzed. The planning results and statistics of mountain flood features provide a scientific base for management of area division of mountain flood disasters.
