服务湖北“两圈一带”发展战略的思考

湖北实施"两圈一带"发展战略将促进湖北经济社会发展,加快城市化发展进程,同时对水资源、水生态环境的要求也越来越高。实行最严格的水资源管理制度,合理开发和有效保护水资源,促进水资源优化配置,是实施好这一战略的一项长期而艰巨的任务。分析了湖北省水资源现状及在"两圈一带"发展战略中的重要地位,针对存在的突出问题提出了对策建议。

The implementation of ＂two loops, one belt＂ strategy will promote the social and economic development of Hubei province, and speed up the urbanization process. Meanwhile, the requirement of water resources and water environment is increasingly high. The good implementation of this strategy need to implement the most stringent water management system, explore water resources reasonably and protect water resources effectively, improve optimal allocation of water resources. It analyzes the water resources status of Hubei province and the important position of ＂two loops, one belt＂ strategy, and give some suggestion.
