| 摘 要： | 2008年，宝鸡市被水利部确定为全国第三批节水型社会建设试点，按照节水型社会建设要求，宝鸡市以“强力推进、全面建设、突出重点、彰显特色”为宗旨，强化措施，狠抓落实，提前实现了预期目标，取得了良好的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。
