我国水资源安全保障与水资源配置工程建设

针对我国经济社会发展的供水安全保障能力不足、可持续发展的水生态与环境安全保障脆弱、应对突发事件的水资源安全保障能力薄弱、气候变化和人类活动双重影响导致水资源安全形势更加严峻等,提出保障国家水资源安全的目标、主要任务和对策措施,以及今后5～10年我国重大水资源配置工程建设主要任务.
