鄱阳湖生态系统主要问题与调控对策

通过对鄱阳湖生态系统的基本特征及其与水环境关系的分析，认为鄱阳湖生态系统的特征及其变化主要受制于水环境，尤其是水位。鄱阳湖生态系统中的水环境问题，主要体现在枯水加剧，水质下降，水资源持续利用困难加大等方面。针对以上问题，提出鄱阳湖生态平衡的调控对策，主要应从提高水环境监测预警能力、加强水环境质量控制与保护、建设鄱阳湖生态水利枢纽工程对水位进行适当调节3个方面开展工作。

Main issues and regulation measures of Poyang Lake ecosystem

On the basis of evaluating basic features of ecosystem of Poyang Lake and its relationship water environment, it is found that the feature and changes are influenced mainly by water environment especially water level. Problems with water environment are mainly reflected by drying of the poyang lake and poor water quality, resulting in difficulties in water utilization. In order to deal with these problems, regulative measure are necessary for reaching ecological balance in the Poyang Lake, by improving water environment monitoring and warning system, water control and protection, and regulating water levels through water construction.
