| 摘 要： | EPC(设计—采购—施工)工程项目管理模式是20世纪80年代国际上逐步发展起来的一种工程承包和管理模式。介绍了EPC工程管理模式的背景和国内外开展EPC总承包管理模式发展现状,总结了EPC总承包管理模式的特点。从水利工程角度出发,阐述了水利行业推行EPC总承包管理模式的必要性和可行性,并提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The model of project EPC （Engineer, contracting that has been gradually developed since Procure, Construct） is a management approach for project 1980s. The background and current development situation of EPC model home and abroad are reviewed and the features of the approach are evaluated. The necessity and feasibility of introducing EPC in the water sector is evaluated and suggestions are put forward. |
