| 摘 要： | 生态清洁小流域建设近年在北京和全国逐渐推广,取得了初步成效。2013年《生态清洁小流域建设技术导则》的发布,为在全国范围内扎实推进生态清洁小流域建设、规范工程建设与管理等环节起到了促进作用。大连市于2012年启动生态清洁小流域规划编制工作,在项目区选择、建设思路、规划方法、措施布局与设计等方面,形成了一套思路和方法,为生态清洁小流域实践与推广积累了经验,可供其他地区参考。

| Abstract: | Recent years, ecological-friendly small watershed has been widely extended in Beijing as well as the whole country and preliminary achievements have been made. In 2013, the Technical Guidance for Building Ecological-friendly Small Watershed came into effect that has played a key role in regulation and management of small watershed construction. In 2012, planning of ecological-friendly small watershed was initiated in Dalian City. They have accumulated valuable experiences in the selection of project area, construction plan, planning methods, layout of measures and design that can be good reference for other areas. |
