| Abstract: | Taking the current situation and nature of water security into consideration, it is found that more efforts need to be made in terms of deepening reform, system innovation and improvement despite of strengthening water infrastructure construction or structural base. It is suggested to further consolidate water management so as to provide strong guarantee for water security. |
