永定新河防潮闸围堰设计与施工

摘    要:永定新河一期工程防潮闸施工围堰高约10m,基础为厚层淤泥质土,设计采用水力充填砂袋棱体堰,结合基础换填砂垫层、设置土工格栅和塑料排水板,坡面采用复合土工膜防渗、模袋混凝土护坡及编织袋土压坡等综合措施,有效地解决了围堰基础软土层厚度大、承载力低、压缩性强、施工受潮水影响大等工程难题,对同类工程有较大的借鉴意义。

Abstract:The height of weir of tidal barrier for Phase-I of Yongdingxin River Project is about 10 meter. Com- prehensive measures are employed for the design of prism weir with hydraulic filled sand bag, combining with use of sand-filled cushion layers at foundation, installation of earth grid and plastic drainage plate, use of com- posite geo-membrane on the slope, membrane bag concrete for slope protection and earth PP bag for pressing slope, which effectively solves the problems such as high depth of soft soil layer at the weir foundation, low bearing capacity, strong?compressibility and influence of tidal water during construction. It can be used as a good example for other similar project.
