| 摘 要： | 面对我国水资源约束趋紧、水污染严重和生态退化的严峻形势，亟须加大水资源保护力度，建立健全省区水资源保护的目标责任制、考核和问责制，处理好人水关系。对区域水资源保护评价指标体系进行讨论，并利用灰色关联度法对省区水资源保护状况进行试评价．为有关部门加强水资源保护宏观管理提供参考。

| Abstract: | Water resources condition is unoptimistic in China due to the situation of severe water scarcity, heavy pollution and ecological degradation. There is an urgent need of concentrating on water resources protection, establishing systems of specifying responsibilities, performance evaluation and accountability and properly deal with relationship between people and water. Consultation of indexes for water resources evaluation is conducted. Trail evaluation of water resources conditions is also carried out by means of grey relational analysis for provinces and autonomous regions. It can be used as benchmark for reinforcement of water resources management of relevant departments |
