摘    要:沂沭泗水系经过50多年的防洪建设,已形成由众多水闸控制、河湖互相沟通、湖库调蓄能力较强、统一管理与调度的防洪体系.近年来,沂沭泗水利管理局在流域内进行了一系列洪水管理的探索,积极实践防汛抗旱"两个转变",大大提升了沂沭泗流域防洪管理水平,积累了一定的经验.

Abstract:Yishusi River Basin, after more than fifty years construction, consists of many critical sluice gates, mutual connection of rivers and lakes, plenty of storage capacity of lakes and reservoirs, unified management and operation of flood control system. In recently years, the Yishusi River Basin administration has conducted a serial of beneficial explorations of flood management, actively experiencing the "Two Shifts" on the flood control and droughty relief woks, greatly improving the flood management level of Yishusi River Basin and obtaining some successful experiences.
