| 摘 要： | 生态补偿作为现阶段国内外研究的新课题,需要在实践中不断地去摸索和总结。本文简要地综述了生态补偿理论研究的进展情况,分析出现阶段生态补偿研究的重点和难点是生态补偿标准的确定和补偿机制的建立,包括基础理论方面、可操作性方面和法理及制度方面,同时对国内的生态补偿研究发展趋势给出了判断。

| Abstract: | Ecological compensation as the new research topic at present need is constantly studied and summarized in practice.In this paper,the research of ecological compensation theory is reviewed and the analysis is made on the key and difficult points of the current research of ecological compensation,i.e.the determination of compensation standard and establishment of the ecological compensation mechanism,including the basic theory,maneuverability and legal and institutional aspects.At the same time the judgment for domestic research development trend of ecological compensation is given. |
