| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing rationality, equality and reasonability of compensation to flood plain areas in the lower reaches of the Yellow River, the study is made on compensation methods. It is proposed that bearing risks in a reasonable manner should be the way of encountering flood risks of flood plain areas in the lower reaches of the Yellow River. |
