川中丘陵区资阳水土保持生态修复措施研究

资阳市坡耕地多、生态脆弱、人口密度大、水土资源匮乏,加之频繁的生产建设活动扰动地貌和地表,导致水土流失、生态破坏较为严重。客观分析研究其水土流失原因和规律,采取"预防为主、保护优先"策略,探索以小流域、水库集雨区和城市(镇)开发建设园区为单元,实施工程配套、植物隔离护坡(顶)、生态自然修复、农业耕作等技术措施,可以有效预防水土流失,修复生态系统,为实现长江上游沱江中游生态屏障、建设绿色资阳和地方经济社会可持续发展提供资源环境的支撑保障。

Studies on ecological restoration measures in hilly areas of Ziyang of Sichuan

Due to shortage of water and land resources, intensive development of slope farmlands, fragile ecological environment and densely population as well as reclamation and transformation of landform and surface by human be ings＇ production and construction activities, it have caused serious soil erosion and ecological damages in Ziyang City. Careful studies are carried out for understanding reasons and rules of soil erosion, so as to take measures such as concentrating on prevention and giving priority to conservation. Technical measures namely completion of structure counterparts, adoption of isolated green slope or top, self-recovery of ecological system and agricultural cultivation, are employed in a unit of small watershed, or rain collection area of reservoir and city/township development and construction zone, which can effectively prevent soil erosion, restore ecosystem, and moreover provide favorite resources and environment to the construction of ecological belt in the middle reaches of Tuojiang River in Yangtze River upstream, as well as green Ziyang and sustainable development of local economy and society.
