贵州省2009—2010年特大干旱灾害成因、特点及影响浅析

通过对2009—2010年贵州省特大干旱灾害灾情统计数据的分析,从本次干旱灾害成因、旱情特点、旱情缓解过程的时序变化及其对经济社会各方面的影响等进行了定量或定性的阐述。结果表明,本次干旱灾害综合了主客观两方面的原因,旱灾除了具有贵州省一般干旱灾害所具有的特点外,还呈现出持续时间更长、范围更广、旱情更重、危害更大等特点,同时表现出人饮对干旱灾害的敏感性最强的特点。从旱情、旱灾认识以及抗旱减灾对策等层面提出了意见和建议。

Discussion on the reason, character and impact of the serious drought disease in 2009 and 2010 in Guizhou Province

Through the analysis on the statistic data of the serious drought disease in 2009 and 2010 in Guizhou Province,it explains this drought on the reason,character,process,and the impact on the social economy.The results show that there are subjective and objective reasons.Besides the ordinary drought character in Guizhou Province,this drought event shows the character of long duration,wide scope,serious loss,and big harm.Also,it shows that drinking water for human is most sensitive to the drought disease.At last,some advices are given from the knowledge of drought disease to its relief.
