| 摘 要： | 水利水电工程建设征地移民安置规划设计是水利水电工程设计的重要组成部分,是工程设计方案比选的一项重要内容,关系到工程规模的合理选定,关系到移民的生产、生活和相关地区国民经济的恢复与发展以及社会稳定。必须正确处理国家、集体、个人、业主之间的关系,实事求是、客观公正、深入细致地进行调查研究,精心设计。同时研究落实扶持移民生产和发展致富的措施,最终实现移民＂搬得出、稳得住、逐步能发展致富＂的目标。
