章丘市城市水资源可持续利用研究

章丘市为严重的资源型缺水地区,为保证国民经济的持续发展,改善和保护生态环境,根据城区及周围 的水资源条件,提出了适合于城区发展规划的预测,并提出了水资源开发与调度要充分发挥各种水源的 供水潜力,实施多水源联合调度和水资源的优化配置,同时,加强行政管理的经济调控,从根本上解决城 市水资源的短缺和水环境恶化问题,以水资源的可持续利用支撑国民经济的可持续发展。

Study on Sustainable Utilization of Urban Water Resources in Zhangqiu City

Zhangqiu is one of the most water scarce cities in term of water resources. In order to guarantee a sustainable development of its economy, improve and protect ecological environment, water demand is predicted in line with water resources conditions in the urban area and places around. The paper raises the points that water resource development and dispatching should take full consideration of water supply potential of various water sources and also discuss the necessity of carrying out an optimized allocation of water resources and a unified dispatching of water resources. At the same time, administrative management and economic regulation should be adopted so as to solve water shortage problem in the city and alleviate worsening of water environment from the root courses, and support its sustainable economic development on the basis of sustainable utilization of water resources.
