| 摘 要： | 在分析东太湖生态衰退、环境恶化问题成因的基础上,提出了运用市场机制、按照市场化运作的方式,综合整治东太湖的设想:结合排泥场的需要,把围垦土地的部分不再退垦还湖而是通过堤线调整保留下来,进行土地开发,换取东太湖治理市场资金。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing causes of ecological degradation of eastern Taihu Lake and environmental pollution, the paper suggests to rehabilitate eastern Taihu Lake with market mechanism: keep reclaimed land from the Lake, which originally planed to return to lake by dyke-line adjustment, then develop the reclaimed land for fund needed from market to treat water pollution in eastern Taihu Lake. |
