| 摘 要： | 济南市缺水情况日趋严重,导致城市水资源环境日益恶化,泉水断流,对城市经济社会的可持续发展构 成威胁。针对济南市的实际情况,提出了节水保泉措施,以缓解水资源供需矛盾。

| Abstract: | Water deficiency has become very severe in the Jinan City, which has caused an increasingly worsening of urban water environment, dry-up of the spring and threatened the sustainable development of the urban economy and society. The article proposes some water conservation and spring protection measures so as to alleviate contradiction of water demand over supply. |
