| 摘 要： | 城市是政治、经济、文化的中心、城市防洪是当前重大问题。城市防洪的提出是城市化进程加快的结果；城市防洪的现状要求加强城市防洪工作；城市防洪的特性是指导城市防洪的基础；城市防洪急待解决的６个方面的问题，是搞好城市防洪工作的前提 。

| Abstract: | A city is the centre of politics, economy and culture. The city flood prevention is the main problem at the present time. The present of city flood prevention is the result of citifying process. The status of city flood prevention requires to strengthen the city flood prevention work. The character of city flood prevention is the base guide to city flood pre-vention. Six problems that must be solved quickly about city flood prevention are the presup-position of doing the work of city flood prevention better. |
