摘    要:农业水价综合改革是缓解水资源短缺、推进节水农业发展的重要途径。自2016年下半年起,南京市江宁区率先开展农业水价综合改革试点工作,取得了显著成效。立足于江宁区实际情况,从改革具体措施、问题及成效入手,分析总结了江宁区农业水价综合改革过程中的经验与教训,并提出了相关对策和建议,为下一步更好地常态化开展农业水价改革工作提供参考借鉴。

Abstract:In this paper,the output coefficient method is used to analyze the amount of totalnitrogen and totalphosphorus into the river of agricultural non-point source pollution in Xiannv lake basin.The results show that the main agricultural pollution sources in the basin are livestock and poultry pollution and farmland fertilizer loss,and the proportion of total nitrogen and total phosphorus into the river is more than 80%.Yuanzhou district is the main pollution source of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the basin,and the proportion of total nitrogen and total phosphorus into the river is 59%.
