| 摘 要： | 本文从江西省农村饮水安全工程现状情况调研的基础上入手,借鉴相关研究成果,着重分析农村饮水安全工程的前期工作、建设管理、建后管理等方面的工作,探究农村饮水工程安全度评价的指标体系.以农村饮水工程安全度为研究目标,依据社会学、经济学、水利学、农村饮水工程建设管理等理论,同时总结江西省多年在农村饮水安全工程建设和运行管理中的经验教训,参考江西省农村饮水安全工程考核办法,构建了江西省农村饮水工程安全度评价指标体系.

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of the current situation of rural drinking water projects in Jiangxi province,and the relevant research results,the work of rural drinking water safety projects such as preliminary work,construction management and management after construction are analyzed and the evaluation index system on the safety degree of rural drinking water projects is discussed.Taking the safety degree of rural drinking water projects as the research goal and according the theory such as sociology,economics,hydraulics and construction and management of rural drinking water projects in Jiangxi province,the evaluation index system on the safety degree of rural drinking water projects in Jiangxi province is established in this paper. |
