| 摘 要： | 江西省潦河灌区工程是农业基础水利设施,属公益性的水利设施,历经多年运行,逐渐在工程建设、机构管理、工程运行及用水管理、机构运行经费来源等各方面出现诸多影响灌区发展的问题,本文对潦河灌区今后发展方向进行了思考,并指出今后灌区可持续性的发展离不开政府的支持与扶持.

| Abstract: | Liaohe River Irrigation Area Engineering in Jiangxi province,which is a public welfare water conservancy facilitly,is the basic water conservancy facility of agriculture.After running many years,the problems of impacting the irrigation area development appears.The reflection of the development direction on Liaohe Irrigation Area in the future is stated in this paper.The irrigation area development needs the support of the government if it will be the sustainable development in the future. |
