| 摘 要： | “2003·7·30”德州市德城区短历时高强度特大暴雨对城市防汛是极为宝贵的典型暴雨样本。通过对此次实测降雨及灾情调查资料的初步分析,提出了城市防洪工作6条建议,这对今后制订城区防洪规划及预案具有极为重要的作用。

| Abstract: | hort duration and high-intensity extraordinary storm of Decheng District in Dezhou City is a very valuable typical storm sample.Therefore,according to the observed rainfall data with investigated disasters made through with Preliminaly analysis immediately.In view of the above,put forward6proposals of the urban flood control work.It will take great effect for the urban construction and draw up the flood control scheduled plan of the city in future. |
