| 摘 要： | 随着国民经济的迅速发展，城市人口的急剧增加，城市防洪在国民经济中占有重要的地位。通过分析市区的降雨资料，采用统计方法及优化理论，编制了通用计算软件，能够准确计算城市暴雨强度，为城市防洪及规划提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of national econorny,city population is rapidly increasing,city flood control possesses an important position in natural economy.Through analysing the data of city precipitation with statistical method and optimizing theory,a computer software in common use is compiled,which can make a correct calculation for city storm intensity and provide a theoretical basis for city flood control and planning. |
