| Abstract: | A systematic exposition of the internal relations between the sustainable utilization of water resources and sustainable development of industry and agriculture has been made in this paper.On the basis of present situation of water resources in China and in Hebei Province,the important role of sustainable utilization of water resources to sustainable development of industry and agriculture has been discussed and the strategic measures of realizing sustainable utilization of water resources and sustainable development of industry and agriculture have been presented. |
