海河流域水资源承载力研究分析

从水生态、水环境出发,以环境与经济协调发展为目标,对海河流域水资源承载力进行分析.通过分析水资源承载力的影响因素,系统地研究指标体系构建、权重确定、综合评价等内容,建立海河流域水资源承栽力评价指标体系.通过获得的资料,对海河流域水资源承载力进行基础指标的量化计算,证明水资源匮乏、水资源短缺严重制约流域的社会经济发展,只有大力发展节水型社会和经济、合理使用水资源、进行流域外调水、海水淡化才能摆脱缺水困境,实现水资源的可持续利用,从而促进社会经济可持续发展.
