摘    要:辽西渤海岸流域处于热带海洋气团和极地大陆气团交汇地带,有利于夏季产生暴雨。该流域植被稀少,水土流失严重,洪水汇流快,经常泛滥。文章分析了渤海西岸流域暴雨成因、暴雨特性、暴雨洪水关系和大凌河、小凌河、六股河等各条河流洪水的形成与特点。该流域各河汛期河水暴涨暴落,下游为沈山铁路干线,并有密布的城镇生活区和工农业区,所以防汛任务特别重要;另外随着工业化及城镇化进程加快,不得不大量开采地下水,因此合理科学地利用洪水资源也是完全必要的。

Abstract:Bohai-Sea Western Region in Liaoning Province is located the convergence area of tropical marine air mass and polar continental air mass,being in favor of summer rainstorm.The vegetation is exiguous,serious soil erosion,flood confluence quickly,often spread in the region.The storm origin, storm characteristics,relation of storm and flood in the region,and flood formation and characteristics for each river in the region,such as Daling River,Xiaoling River,Liugu River etc.,are analyzed in the paper.The flood water of the rivers in the basin rose up and down sharply,there is Shenshan Railway downstream,and there are the dense urban living areas and industrial and agricultural areas,so the flood control work is particularly important.In addition with the industrialization and urbanization,a lot of groundwater has been pumped;therefore it is necessary to utilize flood resources reasonably and scientifically.
