Construction of Evaluation Index System For City Water Environmental Bearing Capacity

The water environmental bearing capacity is an important index to measure the sustainable development of a city. In order to express the water environmental bearing capacity of a city quantitatively, explore the way to develop and protect water resources scientifically, the grey relational theory is adopted to sieve out the evaluation indexes and determine the weight, and an evaluation system of water environment bearing capacity composed of ten indexes is obtained finally. The vector norm method is used to evaluate and analyze the water environmental bearing capacity in Harbin City. The results show that the bearing capacity index of water environment shows an upward tend in Harbin City year by year from 2003 to 2006, and the current situation of water environment system is improved effectively
