发展节水灌溉 促进农村经济发展

漫长的中国农业发展史,就是中国农民治水、用水的历史。在水利的应用和发展中,深刻地体现了我们农耕民族的勤劳,早期的农田灌溉是农民用铁锹凭经验管水,对水的利用和控制能力很低。尤其水资源短缺已经成为制约农业发展的重要＂瓶颈＂。文章阐述了节水灌溉的涵义及促进农业发展的作用。

Developing Water-Saving Irrigation to Promote Rural Economic Development

The long Chinese agricultural development history is the history of Chinese farmers to regulate and use water.As a farmland cultivated nationality,our people are industrious,reflecting in the application and development of water conservancy.As for the farmland irrigation in the early stage,the farmers used shovels to manage water according to their experiences,and they just had a limited ability to use and control water,therefore water shortage has been a bottleneck for the agricultural development.The implication of water saving irrigation and its roles in promoting the water-saving irrigation are defined in this study.
