隧洞灌浆加固施工技术剖析

摘    要:隧洞在水电工程中是常见的工程,且一般都在丛山峻岭之中,如引水洞、导流洞、尾水洞等.文章结合某水利工程隧洞灌浆施工实践,探讨了隧洞灌浆加工施工中采用的填灌浆和固结灌浆技术,对施工中出现的问题进行剖析并提出相关建议,最后总结了质量控制措施,以期为隧洞灌浆施工起到明确概念、规范操作的作用.

Abstract:Tunnel is a common construction in hydropower engineering, and mainly is built in the lofty mountains and high ranges, such as diversion tunnel, diversion tunnel, tailrace tunnel etc. In this paper, combined with the construction practice of a hydraulic engineering tunnel grouting, the backfill grouting and consolidation grouting technology used in grouting process in tunnel construction are discussed, the problems in the construction are analyzed and suggestions. Finally, it summarizes the quality control measures, in order to clear the concept, standard operation for tunnel grouting construction.
