生态环境需水量计算方法研究现状

摘    要:将区域生态环境需水量的定量计算分为河道内和河道外两部分需水,并综述了一些常用的计算方法.提出对生态环境需水的4点认识:①生态环境需水的内涵应界定在可持续发展前提下,是区域水资源合理配置的一个重要前提条件;②生态环境需水量具有时空特性;③生态环境需水和水资源承载能力是相互统一的;④区域生态环境需水量是对应于区域不同环境质量的一系列值.

Abstract:The quantitative calculation of regional ecological environment water demand is divided into two parts in the present study, i.e. the water demands inside rivers and outside rivers, and the calculation methods for water demand commonly used are reviewed. Some opinions on ecological environment water demand are presented: with the sustainable development as a precondition, the definition of the connotation of ecological environment water demand is an important prerequisite for reasonable allocation of regional water resources; the ecological environment water demand is of spatial-temporal characteristics, and it is in accordance with the bearing capacity of water resources; the ecological environment water demand includes a series of values corresponding to different environment qualities in the regions to be studied.
