微压超薄多孔软管滴孔平均流量及偏差率研究

摘    要:在室内试验的基础上,应用水力学理论分析微压超薄多孔软管滴孔平均流量的变化规律,提出了滴孔平均流量的计算方法.试验结果表明:微压超薄多孔软管灌溉技术在一定坡度范围内较为适用,否则滴孔流量偏差率较大;在相同条件下,软管单孔平均流量随压力水头和坡度的增加而增大,随铺设长度的增加而减少;在同一坡度和压力水头下,滴孔的流量偏差率随铺设长度的增加而增大;在同一坡度和不同水头条件下,滴孔流量偏差率随着软管自压水头的增大有减小的趋势.

Abstract:Based on laboratory tests,the regularity of variation of average flow rate through drip holes of micropressured and superthin porous-hoses was analyzed, and its calculation method was worked out.Some conclusions were drawn from test results: the micropressured and superthin porous-hose irrigation technique is suitable for a certain range of slope,otherwise the flow deviation ratio of drip holes will get large;under the same condition,the average flow rate of single hose increases with the pressure head and slope,and inversely varies with the length of hoses paved;with the same slope and pressure head,the flow deviation ratio of drip holes increases with the length of hoses paved;under the same slope and different pressure heads,the deviation ratio of flow rate through drip holes shows a downward trend with the increase of the pressure head.
