摘    要:对南水北调工程穿黄隧洞衬砌施工期及运行期有可能对衬砌垫层渗透性造成影响的几个因素如压力、混凝土浇筑、混凝土析出物、气泡含量等进行试验研究。认为水中过高的气泡含量是造成土工织物淤堵的主要因素。提出了可减少衬砌垫层淤堵的复合土工材料的结构形式。该种新型的复合土工膜已在南水北调工程穿黄隧洞现场试验模型中得到成功运用和验证。

Abstract:Experimental study of factors in the permeability of the liner cushion layer in the Yellow-River-crossing tunnel liner of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project was conducted.Pressure,concrete pouring,concrete precipitates and bubble content were examined.It was concluded that too high a content of bubbles in the water is the key factor in geotextile sludge plugging.A new structure of geocomposite that can reduce the plugging of the liner cushion layer is proposed.The new composite geomembrane has been successfully applied in the field test model of the Yellow-River-crossing tunnel of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project.
