遥感和GIS在干旱和半干旱地区水资源管理中的应用

摘    要:介绍遥感、GIS(地理信息系统 )等高新技术在干旱和半干旱地区水资源管理中的应用 ,包括水资源调查 ,旱情与墒情的监测管理和预警 ,沙漠化的动态监测以及治沙止漠效益评价 ,生态的动态监测和生态需水量估算 ,退耕还林还草的遥感调查 ,灌溉面积调查与灌区发展规划 ,土地盐渍化监测 ,水环境监测 ,水利工程的规划、建设与管理 ,以及水资源实时监测管理系统等 .

Abstract:An introduction is given to the application of the remote sensing technique and GIS to water resources management in arid and semi arid regions, including water resources investigation, monitoring and warning of drought and soil moisture, dynamic monitoring of desertisation and evaluation of the effect of desertisation control, dynamic monitoring of and water demand evaluation for the ecological system, remote sensing based investigation of returning farmland to forests and grassland, investigation of irrigated areas and planning for the development of irrigated districts, monitoring of soil salinization and water environment, planning for and construction and management of hydro projects, and a real time monitoring and management system of water resources.
