补偿收缩混凝土防裂机理研究

摘    要:为研究补偿收缩混凝土的应用效果和安全性,在进行大量试验研究的基础上,提出了补偿收缩混凝土动态控制理论和方法.在混凝土中加入一定量的VF防裂剂,能够使混凝土在膨胀时间及膨胀量上和其收缩曲线相吻合,以此来保证混凝土的体积变形过程始终满足其抗拉强度要求,达到混凝土防裂的目的.

Abstract:Based on a large number of experiments, a dynamic control theory and method for concrete shrinkage compensation are proposed for research of the effect and safety of the concrete shrinkage compensation technique. The addition of a certain amount of VF anti crack additive in concrete can make the concrete expansion curve approximately agree with the concrete shrinkage curve, ensuring that the concrete can meet the requirement for its tensile strength during the process of its volume deformation, thus, the cracking of concrete can be effectively controlled.
